Review before publication

Curated recipes and guides are reviewed by the Palate Palace Kitchen before they go live. Review covers whether instructions are clear and complete, whether ingredients and steps agree, whether allergen and dietary labels are applied consistently, and whether descriptions of dishes and cuisines are accurate and respectful.

What we verify

• Culinary and cultural claims in cuisine and cooking guides are checked for accuracy.
• Ingredient references and substitution notes are checked for plausibility and safety.
• Allergen and dietary tags are checked against the recipe’s actual ingredients.
• Nutrition estimates are checked for reasonableness and clearly labeled as estimates.

Handling AI-assisted content

Where AI assists in drafting or estimation, the output is treated as a draft and reviewed by the editorial team before publication. AI-assisted material is never published without human review, and it is held to the same standards as all other content. See our AI Transparency statement.

Review after publication

We monitor community ratings, reviews, and reader feedback, and we revise content when we learn it can be more accurate or more useful. Our corrections policy describes how this works.
